Maxwell Hurst, 19

(State league 1,2)

Maxwell is a silky, technical, intelligent forward. Best playing centrally, Maxwell's movement and eye for goal are his strongest attributes. Having come up in the english professional academy system, Maxwell brings strong pedigree, in addition to having played mens football in the english non-league system, scoring goals there too. He will be an asset to any club looking for a goalscorer.

Juwon Akintunde, 27

(NPL)

Juwon is a long time friend of PB, having been in contact since it's beginnings. In that time Juwon has garnered significant interest, but timing has not been right. Nonetheless, when he does arrive, Juwon is going to bring defences to their knees. With many years and an exceptional goal scoring record in English non-league and having played professionally in America, Juwon is a true asset to any forward line. Big, mobile, strong and good on the ball, with a very good football brain and intelligent movement, Juwon has it all. Equally capable of dropping in and combining, holding up and bringing others into the game, or running in behind. Juwon is as good in the air as he is with his feet. He will be bringing goals with him when he arrives, thats for sure!

Connor is an experienced English forward who at 26 has already played in 4 countries. Having had a previous spell in St Kilda Celts heyday prior to the clubs collaps, COnnor has plied his trade in NZ, Gibraltar and the UK where he played for a string of big clubs in the non-league system. Tall, technical and athletic, Connor can play across a front 3 or behind the strikers, scoring goals and creating wherever you put him!

Garry Onyejelem, 23

(NPL)

WhatsApp Image 2024-09-13 at 5.15.36 PM.jpeg

Possibly the most exciting prospect on PB's forward line options list. Garry is a Canadian/Ukrainian striker standing an impressive 190cm tall. Despite his height and athletic build, he still moves past players like a nippy sub-6-foot winger. Garry has an impressive goalscoring record in Finland where he has played professionally for the last 2 years. Reminiscent of Russell Curry (GV Suns & St George Cross), Garry is a VERY mobile, CF, dangerous from any set piece as well as from open play with his feet. Goal machine.

Ivan Mejia, 24

Ivan is an established player on the Canadian football scene. With a Colombian background, the winger/Striker is an intense bulldog of a player, providing hassling, non-stop forward press out of possession, with speed, skill goals and creativity with the ball. ivan is equally capable of playing across the front 3 or behind the strikers, he is easily NPL1 standard, if not higher. With numerous clubs already interested in him, he is certainly one to watch.

Daniel Keripe, 24

NPL, State League 1,2

Daniel is a very tall CF, who is also capable of playing out wide. Standing at194cm Daniel is obviously a threat from set pieces and in the air, but doesnt lack the ability to play on the ground either. With strong finishing ability with his feet as well as his head, Dan is capable of dropping in to combine, or holding up play to bring others into the game. With a strong goalscoring record everywhere he has played, Dan is dangerous up front!

Filippo Begliardi, 26

NPL

Filippo is every coache's dream when building their forward line. After Garry Onyejelem and Daniel Keripe, I didnt think PB's list of forwards could get much taller, but then Filippo came along and (literally) raised the bar. Standing at an incredible 196cm Peter Crouch....oh, wait, sorry, Filiippo, is a dangeous goalscorer. Complementing his height, Filippo is also incredibly athletic with pace to breeze past players, strength to hold off defenders and sensational technique with the ball at his feet, he really is a joy to watch. Having played professionally in the US, Norway, FInland, Greece and Italy, he now looks to make Australia his home, and acquaint himself with goalscoring charts across the country. Exceptionally mobile for his size, he is even capable of playing on the wing as well as centrally. Wherever you keep him, goals are coming.
